The right book details.
A clearer way to help.

For a QR, chapter resource or Bridge access question, start with the material in front of you. A few details make it easier to identify the resource you mean.

Before you write

Three useful checks.

Resources and access conditions depend on the series, class and edition. A feature mentioned in the catalogue may have different coverage in your book.

  1. Check the book details

Look for the series name, class and edition, and note the chapter and page you are using. Resource instructions can differ between editions.

  2. Use the printed instructions

If your book includes a QR code or access instructions, follow the details printed for that edition. Check that the complete code is visible when scanning.

  3. Describe what happens

Note whether the link fails to open, shows a message or opens different material. A short description and a photo of the relevant page help identify the issue.

Common questions

Start with what you are seeing.

The QR code does not scan

Make sure the full code is visible, the page is well lit and the camera can focus. If it still does not scan, include a clear photo of the code and the book details in your email.

A link opens, but the material is unexpected

Note the chapter, page and resource you expected. Include the destination link or the message shown, so the team can identify the connection.

I cannot find a resource described in the catalogue

Check the series, class and edition. Ask about that exact book: digital resources and access conditions are not identical across the full range.

I am choosing books rather than using them already

Use the school enquiry route to discuss the classes, subjects, sample material and resource coverage you want to review.

A useful support enquiry

Send the context,
not just the error.

Open a support email

Include the series, class, edition, chapter and relevant page. Describe what you tried and what happened. Add a photo of the page or QR code if it helps explain the issue.

Use book and professional contact details. Learner records and login credentials are not needed to describe a resource problem.

Use the enquiry form to describe the resource problem. Include the series, class, edition and chapter so our team can identify the right next step.
